Most AURELO journeys last 5 to 6 cycling days, with optional arrival and departure days.

Daily cycling distances typically range between 40 and 80 kilometers, depending on the route and region.

Non-Riding Guests

Yes, non-riding family members or friends are welcome on AURELO journeys.

What’s included

AURELO journeys are available in three packages: Essential, Signature, and Elevated.

All journeys include guided cycling support, luggage transport, 4+ star accommodation, selected meals, nutrition, a photo package, a finisher medal, and 24/7 concierge service during the tour.

The Signature package adds a rental bike, pre- and post-night accommodation, a welcome dinner, and a guided city experience on a rest day.

The Elevated package includes everything in Signature, plus a carbon Di2 performance bike with computer, airport transfers, daily recovery massage, laundry service, VIP car support, and flexible cancellation terms.

Yes. Bikes and essential cycling equipment are provided, depending on the selected package. In the higher-tier packages, upgraded performance bikes are included. Guests may also bring their own bike if preferred.

Yes. Luggage is transported between hotels throughout the journey, allowing guests to ride without carrying their bags.

Yes. AURELO provides full on-tour support throughout the journey, including experienced guides on the road and 24/7 concierge assistance for all logistical and personal needs.

Stays & Comfort

Yes. Single rooms are available in all packages, subject to availability and an additional supplement.

AURELO journeys include carefully selected 4+ star hotels, chosen for comfort, location, and consistency along the route.

Many of the hotels offer additional facilities such as spa areas, local culinary experiences, tastings, or boutique shops.

These can be enjoyed individually during the stay.
All accommodations are pre-arranged and ensure a calm, high-quality experience with seamless logistics throughout the journey.

Travel Requirements / Visa

A Schengen visa is required for most AURELO journeys, depending on your nationality. Visa processing times vary by country and may take several weeks, so we recommend applying well in advance. Upon request, AURELO can provide supporting documents, including invitation letters, to assist with the application process.

Yes. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering health, travel delays, and cycling activities during the journey.

A valid passport is required. Additional documents such as visas, insurance confirmations, and booking details may be required depending on your nationality and destination.Our team is available to support you with general travel guidance and documentation required for your journey.
